Granting Adster access to your Facebook page


In order to create and manage Facebook Ad campaigns for our clients, we require administrative-level access to both your business’s Facebook Page and Ad Account/Business Portfolio.

Here are the steps for granting us access:

Option 1: Approve Adster’s access request

1. Adster will send a request to access your Facebook Page and/or ad account.
2. Log in to Meta Business Suite
3. Go to Settings

4. Look for pending partner or asset access requests.

5. Approve the request from Adster Creative and grant the admin-level permissions.


Option 2: Add Adster as a partner manually

1. Go to Meta Business Settings.
2. In the left menu, go to Users → Partners.

3. Click Add or Give a partner access to your assets.
4. Enter Adster Creative’s Business ID: 305980953086705

5. Select the following assets: your Facebook Page, ad account, Instagram account, pixel/dataset, and any other required assets.
6. Grant admin-level permissions.
7. Save your changes and let your project manager know once complete.
