Granting Adster access to your Facebook page


In order to create and manage Facebook Ad campaigns for our clients, we require administrative-level access to both your business’ Facebook page and ad account.

Here are the steps for granting us access to your business’ Facebook page:
  1. Adster will send a request to manage your Facebook page. Your account manager will notify you when we have requested access.
  2. Go to your page, click on Settings (top right corner). Click on Page roles in the left sidebar.  Image Placeholder
  3. You will see a pending request from Adster Creative. Please accept this.

If you have an existing ad account, you can grant access through the following steps:
  1. Go to your Business Manager*
  2. Click on Business Settings (top right corner)  Image Placeholder
  3. Click on Ad accounts in the left sidebar
  4. Click on Assign Partners at the top of the page
  5. Select “Get Link to Share” Select “Manage ad account” under Admin access
  6. Copy the link and email it to your account manager at Adster Creative.
