We ask that clients with existing Google Ads accounts add our team as billing contacts so we can manage your billing profile on your behalf. This means we can add a new credit card if yours expires or get alerted if your credit card payment fails.


Add a user to a profile

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.

  2. In the lefthand sidebar, click the Billing icon Image Placeholder, and click 'Settings'. 

  3. Select 'Payment Users' 

  4. Click on 'Add a new contact' 

    1. Contact name: Adster Creative

    2. Email address: info@adster.ca

    3. Email preferences: All payments email

  5. Click 'Invite'. 

  6. After we accept your email invitation, you'll receive a notification in your account.
