We ask that clients with existing Google Ads accounts add our team as billing contacts so we can manage your billing profile on your behalf. This means we can add a new credit card if yours expires or get alerted if your credit card payment fails.


Add a user to a profile

  1. Sign in to the payments profile with your Google Ads email address

  2. Click Settings

  3. Under Payments users, click Manage payments users.

  4. Choose Add a new user.

  5. Enter the contact’s name as Adster Creative and email address as info@adster.ca

  6. To choose the new user’s permissions, click Permissions

    • Please choose Admin with all permissions. 

  7. To choose the new user’s email preferences, click Email preferences .

  8. Click Invite.
