Use the username and password that was provided by your account manager to access your reporting dashboard.
If you do not have access to your SuperDASH username and password, please submit a request to retrieve your login credentials to support@adster.ca
Once logged in, the page categories will be listed at the top so you can navigate the dashboard easily. The categories you can navigate are:
- DASHBOARD
- VISITOR TRAFFIC
- CAMPAIGNS
- LEADS
- WEB GOALS
DASHBOARD
The main dashboard screen displays the current number of LEADS the account has received, as well as, the current LAC (Lead Acquisition Cost).
- To see the data for a specific date range, click on the calendar (top right) to change the dates. If you navigate away to another page, the date range will stay the same according the last changes you made, and be applied to the current data on that new screen.
- If you scroll to the bottom of the screen, it will also show the number of new users that came to the site, number of page views, how many pages were viewed per session and the average session duration (length of time spent on the website).
VISITOR TRAFFIC
This page will show the lead generation by medium (e.g. call tracking, contact form submit, click to call)
You can hover over the ‘Sessions by Media’ graph to get a snapshot of the day by day data.
At the bottom of this page, it will also show the user acquisition whether by Direct, Organic Search or Paid search sources.
CAMPAIGNS
Here you will see the following data:
- # of Impressions (views)
- # of Clicks
- Click through rate %
- Media Cost paid for clicks
- Average Cost per click
- Average Ad Position
You can also hover over the ‘Impressions vs Clicks’ graph to get a snapshot of the day by day data.
At the bottom of the page you can also see the current adgroup performance.
- You can click on the top heading of each column to organize the ad groups by the heading you want to view. For example, click on the impressions column to order the ad groups from most impressions to least (or vice versa).
LEADS
You will see up to 4 categories at the top of the screen (dependent on your campaign)
- E.g. Call Tracking, Contact Form Submits, Click to Call, Email link clicks
You can also hover over the ‘Leads by Date’ graph to get a snapshot of the day by day metrics.
If you scroll to the bottom of the screen you can get the leads breakdown:
- Information available will be a date & time stamp showing when the lead came in, type of conversion, which source/medium the lead came from (e.g. organic vs paid ads), Location, and contact details.
To access the information of each lead, click on the edit lead tab in the ‘Manage’ column on the right. This will show the details of the lead
If the lead is a call:
- It will show name, location date, first time caller info, and keyword information, message from contact form submit
- It will also drop a pin on the map to show where the call came from
- It will record the phone call and store it for you at the bottom of this page
- Call recording is optional and can be turned off
- On the right hand side you can reply to the lead via call, sms (for call tracking), and a reply via email for contact form submits.
- There is also a place for you to write notes about this lead
If the lead is a contact form submission:
- It will show user information at the top
- It will show an area map of where the contact form came from
- At the bottom of the page it will show the contact form submission information that was written by the lead
- On the top right hand side there will be “Send Reply’ button that will send an email reply to the lead
- There will also be a notes section to write any notes pertinent to the lead
Web Goals
If web goals are turned on, you can track any particular goal that you feel is important to the campaigns performance.
Some common examples of goals to be tracked
- Contact us page views
- Email link clicks
- Click to call to a specific business location
- Facebook Link Clicks
- Dwell timer
