Adster Invoices:
At Adster, we’ve partnered with Freshbooks to make paying your invoices painless! You can pay online with Visa or Mastercard and you can easily access your account statement for tax purposes.
Your invoices will be sent monthly and you’ll also be provided a copy of your receipt sent directly to your inbox. Please note that Google Ads and other advertisers will bill you separately and these will not be included in your Freshbooks portal. Please contact your account manager to have these sent to you, or, login to the applicable account to grab your statements.
Google Invoices:
If you post pay, Google Ads bills advertisers once your account accumulates $750 in spend or every 30 days (whichever comes first).
Invoices can be accessed by logging into your account in Google Ads. Using the top menu, navigate to Tools > Setup > Billing & Payments. Under the Transactions box, click on View Transactions and Documents to find your invoices.

Facebook Invoices:
Facebook bills advertisers every 30 days OR when the account reaches a certain threshold in ad spend. This threshold can vary between accounts, so please contact your account manager for more information.
Facebook invoices can be accessed through your page’s ad manager account. Use the top Ad Manager navigation to find the billing page, where you can access all previous invoices.
